Return Material Authorization (RMA)
At Sirag, we attach great importance to an uncomplicated and transparent returns process. With our simple 3-step guide, you can carry out your Return Material Authorization (RMA) quickly and effortlessly.
1. Fill out the RMA form
Download the form, fill it out completely (except for the RMA number) and send it to: quality@sirag.ch
2. Receive your RMA number
Your request will be checked as soon as possible. Once it has been checked, we will send you back the authorized form. This document enables smooth processing.
3. Return the goods
Pack the goods securely and attach the signed RMA form to the outside of the packaging. The form can also be used as a delivery bill. Please put sufficient postage on the package.
